Immaculately Amazing: Gluten Free Vegan Sugar Cookies!

So I picked this up in the grocery and decided (because it was on sale) to give it a try. I was very pleased with the moist results after putting a little spin on the provided recipe.

* I tweaked the recipe by using vegan butter and egg replacer
* also I added a 1.5 teaspoons of agave nectar and an extra teaspoon of water

(I baked mine for 13 minutes)

And voila!

Gluten free millet chia bread topped with tofu, daiya cheddar, bean sprouts (adzuki, lentil mixture), peppers, onions, and mushrooms
